One of my best top-level students left yesterday to go to a rival hagwan (damn you, CDI!). He gave some of the teachers parting gifts. It was a cute mug. Even better? The bag it came in.
Just in case you can't make out my crappy photo (you try taking a picture of a shiny bag with a normal camera!) it says (clock-wise from the top left):
Ballet shoes, Pink rose, Lovely Ribbon, Sweet Music, A Dream, Romantic Doily!!!, IT'S ME!!!, (and in the center) Difficult Mathematics.
DIFFICULT freaking MATHEMATICS.

Okay... the "IT'S ME!!!!" is funny. And so is the "Difficult Mathematics". But just how funny depends on the answer to this question (and I know it's a difficult shot to take but): Are all of these things printed on the bag? Or were they glued onto the bag by your student? (Like a decoration?)
Um, definitely printed on the bag by the bag-making company. My student was merely a casualty in purchasing. Hmmm, or a winner for purchasing. . . . I love this bag. I wish all bags could be this cool.
